The WCSC Food & Nutrition Department takes great pride in our Food Safety and Sanitation Program.

Each school's Cafeteria Manager is certified in Safe Food Handling through ServSafe. All Food & Nutrition Employees undergo Food Safety and Sanitation Continuing Education throughout the school year.
